No one can deny that self-confidence is a very important quality to get success in life. You will see this quality in every person who has reached some point in life, whether it is a film star, a cricketer, someone in your neighborhood, or a teacher teaching you. Confidence is such a quality that everyone has, some less and some more. But the need is to increase your present level of confidence and take it to a new and better level. And today on AKC, I will share with you some such things which can be helpful in increasing your self-confidence:
Self-confidence Tips

1) Improve Dressing sense:

How you dress up affects your confidence. Let me tell you that here I am talking about common people like myself, great men like Swami Vivekanand and Mahatma Gandhi have nothing to do with it, and if you fall in this category then yours too :).
I myself have realized this thing when I am in my best attire then automatically my confidence increases, that is why whenever there is a presentation or interview, I am very well prepared. Actually looking good gives you the confidence to face people and on the contrary, you are very conscious of dressing up poorly.
I read a line somewhere-
Make as much as you spend on clothes, but buy only half of what you buy.
You can also adopt it.

2) Do what confident people do:

Such people will definitely be seen around you, seeing that you would feel that this person is very confident. You watch such people carefully and include some of their activities in your life. For example:
Sit on the front seat.

Ask questions / give answers in class, in seminars, and on other occasions pay attention to the way you walk and sit Don’t speak in a muffled voice. Make eye contact, don’t steal your eyes.

3) Be better than most people in one thing:

Not everyone can become an expert in every field, but he can choose one or two areas according to his interest, in which he can become better than others. When I was in school, many students were better than me in studies and other things, but I was the best in class in Geometry (thanks to Papa:)), and that’s why I used to feel very confident. And today I feel confident making AKC one of the world’s most-read Blogs. If you achieve mastery in any one thing, it will make you in general confident. You just have to choose something according to your interest and become the best in your circle, your circle depends on you, it can be your school, college, your colony or your city.
You can choose any field, it can be any art, it can be music, dancing, etc. It can be any sport, it can be a subject or anything else in which your expertise can make you stand out from the crowd and make you a special place. . It is not that difficult, you will already be better than many in something, just work a little more and become expert in it , it will take some time, but when you do this then everyone will respect you and you will be far more Will feel confident.
And the person who becomes special in any field does not worry about having less knowledge in other fields, you think, would Sachin Tendulkar ever get upset that he did not study much…Never!

4) Remember your achievements:

Your past achievements will help you feel confident. These can be any achievements, small or big. For example You must have come first in class, have done school top in any subject, have achieved any victory in singing completion or sports, have achieved a big target, have been an employee of the month. Anything that makes you feel good.
You can write these achievements in dairy, and see them anytime, especially when you want to boost your confidence. A better way is to make some images related to these achievements in your mind and add them to make a small movie and keep playing it in your mind from time to time. Definitely, this will help in boosting your confidence.

5) Visualize that you are confident:

Your strong thinking finds a way to become reality, so think of yourself as a confident person every day. You can imagine anything, as if you are standing on a stage giving a speech in front of thousands of people, or giving a great presentation in a seminar hall, and everyone is very impressed with you, your praise is everywhere. It is happening and people are clapping to greet you. Albert Einstein has also described imagination as more powerful than knowledge; And you can do big things by using this power.

6) Don’t be afraid to make mistakes:

Do you know someone who has never made a mistake? You may not know, because it is human nature to make mistakes, and I would say that birthright too. You exercise your right. It is not wrong to make a mistake, it is wrong to repeat it. As long as you do not repeat the same mistake again and again, you do not actually make a mistake, you make an effort and learn something from the experience that comes from it.
Friends, many times there is everything inside us that we should have to do some work, but still we are not able to confidently do that work due to fear of failure. Do not be afraid of the fear of mistakes, be afraid of those who do not even dare to try because of this fear. Take a look at the history of all the successful people, many failures will also be hidden in the glare of their success.
Michel Jordan, who is considered the best basketball player of all time; He also says that –
I have failed time and again in my life and that is why I succeed.
Do not hesitate to do something, whether it is to stand up and ask a question, or to speak in front of many people, your little courage can increase your confidence manifold. Truly there is victory over fear!

7) Don’t give the excuse of not knowing English for low confidence:

English is dominant in our country. I also consider the knowledge of English necessary, but only because, with its knowledge you can read many good books, blogs, etc, you can watch more than one program, movie, etc. But is knowledge of this language necessary to be confident? No. Knowing English can make you more confident but it is not necessary to be confident. The purpose of any language is to express your thoughts in words, and if you can do the same thing in any other language then you are not obliged to know English.
I am from Gorakhpur, I have never heard MP Yogi Aditya Nath speaking in English there, but I have rarely seen a leader as confident as him. Similarly, leaders like Mayawati and Mulayam Singh are full of confidence but they always use the language only.
Friends, in some places like in job-interview, knowledge of English may be necessary for your selection, but not for confidence, you can become the most confident person in the world without knowing English.

8) Do the thing that lowers your confidence again and again:

Some people do not feel confident for any particular reason. As some people have stage-fear, then someone gets nervous in front of the opposite sex. If you are also facing any such challenge then beat it. And the best way to beat is to do the activity which makes you nervous so many times that it becomes your strength. Know for sure that even if some people take this effort lightly in the beginning and maybe even make fun of it, but when you are constantly engaged in your efforts, the same people will one day stand up and clap for you.
Gandhiji’s line has always inspired me a lot, “First he will ignore you, then he will laugh at you, then he will fight with you, and then you will win.” So you also let them ignore you, let them laugh, let them fight, but in the end, you win. Because you are here to win, not to lose.

9) Make special preparations for special occasions:

Self-confidence is necessary for success, and preparation for self-confidence – Arthur Ashe
Whenever you have a chance to prove yourself in front of you, take full advantage of it. For example: You are participating in a debate, quiz, dancing or singing competition, giving a test or exam, or you are giving a presentation, or organizing a program. Get ready for every such occasion and just make sure that you do not leave any gap in your preparation, now whatever the result may be, no one can point fingers at you for your preparation.
Preparation and self-confidence are directly proportional. The better the preparation, the better will be self-confidence. And when you will be successful because of this preparation, then this victory will become another chapter in the success story of your life, which you can read again and again and boost your confidence. can.

10) Complete your MIT daily:

A few days ago I wrote about MIT i.e. Most Important Task on AKC , if you have not read it then definitely read it. If you keep completing your daily MIT then definitely your self-confidence will increase in a few days. Whenever you complete your MIT, see it as a small success and congratulate yourself for this work. Continuing to successfully complete your important tasks every day is probably the most effective way to boost your confidence. You must try it.
Friends, remember that your confidence does not depend on your education, your financial condition or your looks and no one can make you feel inferior without your permission. Your self-confidence is very important for your success, and whatever your confidence level is today, with your efforts you can take it to new heights.
All the best!
